    Sunday Night Reception: SFN will host a conference reception from 6:00 - 8:00pm on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at
           IBIZA
           2450 Louisiana, Suite 300
              between Smith & Louisiana @ McGowan, in the MidTown area
           Hor Doeuvres, wine and Sangria will be provided. Mixed drinks will be available for purchase.

    Meals: Hot Breakfast, Lunch and an Afternoon Snack will be provided.

    How to purchase tickets:
  • Houston Hobby Airport – requires a reservation at least one day before. As soon as you arrive, you should call the business line to inform Houston Professional Airport Shuttle of your arrival. You will proceed to Curb Zone 12 at the time of your scheduled pickup to retrieve the shuttle. Payment to driver is cash only or make a credit card payment over the phone.
    One Way - $18, Round Trip - $34
  • Bush Intercontinental Airport – there is a ticket counter/booth located at the baggage level of Terminals A & C. If you arrive at Terminal B & E, you should proceed to the Lower Level and take the inter-terminal train to either Terminal A or C. Just look for the ticket counter/booth with the company’s name over it.

  • From Houston Hobby Airport, Leave the terminal and take the West Airport Blvd/North Broadway ramp. Go straight onto Broadway. Merge onto I-45 North, Downtown Houston.
  • From Bush Intercontinental Airport, leave the airport heading toward I-45. Take I-45 South to Downtown Houston.
